Assalamualaikum  dan Salam Sejahtera,

Dear Alumni,

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our site, home to our community of more than 100,000 alumni.

Through these pages, you can connect with us and find out about various university programmes that you can take part in. You can also get in touch with the Centre for Alumni Relations, which offers support and activities that may be of interest to you.

Although you have completed your education, we hope you will strive to maintain ties with your former coursemates and with us, your alma mater. Let’s make this site our port of call, where we can meet virtually, if not in person.

Over the years, a sizeable number of our alumni have returned to study with us. They realised the value of lifelong learning and we hope you will too. Pursuing higher education will greatly improve your personal and career growth, especially in these highly competitive times.

Kajian Pengesanan Graduan oleh Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi

Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera,

Tahniah diucapkan kepada semua graduan OUM!

Untuk makluman, Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi (KPT) mempunyai sebuah pangkalan data bagi menyimpan maklumat graduan di seluruh negara. Pihak Kementerian telah menetapkan bahawa semua institusi pengajian tinggi (IPT) mesti menjalankan Kajian Pengesanan Graduan pada setiap Majlis Konvokesyen masing-masing.

Kajian ini bertujuan mengukur persepsi graduan terhadap program akademik dan sistem pengajian di IPT di samping mendapatkan maklumat berhubung dengan kebolehkerjaan, kebolehpasaran dan kemajuan kerjaya di kalangan para graduan. Untuk tujuan ini, KPT telah menyediakan satu borang soal selidik dan semua graduan WAJIB mengisi borang  tersebut dalam talian sebelum hadir ke majlis konvokesyen.

Soal selidik ini boleh mula dilayari di portal Kajian Pengesanan Graduan bermula dari 25 September 2023 (Isnin) dan akan berakhir pada 13 Oktober 2023 (Jumaat).

Berikut adalah  panduan untuk mengisi soal selidik tersebut:

  1. Layari portal GREaT di pautan great.mohe.gov.my
  2. Di laman utama, sila skrol ke bawah dan klik pada butang SKPG.
  3. Di ruang log masuk,
    • Untuk tukar bahasa, sila klik butang bendera di hujung ruang kanan.
    • Sila lengkapkan maklumat seperti CONTOH.
      • No Kad Pengenalan / Pasport / No Tentera: 960900124350
      • Nama institusi: OPEN UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA
  4. Klik “Log Masuk”.
  5. Isi soal selidik mengikut arahan yang dipaparkan.
  6. Simpan resit sebagai bukti telah melengkapkan soal selidik.
