1. Lecture Rooms – Ideal for training sessions, workshops, and academic programmes, offering a comfortable and conducive learning environment.
2. Computer Laboratories – Fully equipped facilities suitable for IT-based training, digital workshops, and assessments ( only available at Menara OUM Kelana Jaya, OUM Miri, OUM Bintulu, and OUM Sibu only).
3. Meeting Rooms – Suitable for corporate meetings, discussions, interviews, and small group sessions.
4. Seminar Rooms / Multipurpose Halls – Flexible spaces suitable for seminars, conferences, and talks.
5. Booth – Suitable for promotional activities, product showcases, and engagement events.
