Terms and Conditions for 10% Monthly Fee Discount for METEOR Group Staff, OUM Students and Alumni.

Eligibility:

1. METEOR Staff and OUM Community Membership: The discount is exclusively
   available to active METEOR Group staff members, OUM students and alumni.
2. Family Relationship: The discount applies to the following family members of the METEOR Group staff, OUM students and alumni member:
   • Children
   • Grandchildren
   • Niece
   • Nephew

Discount:

1. Percentage: A 10% discount will be applied o the monthly fees for preschool enrollment.
2. Duration: The discount will be valid for the duration of the child’s enrollment at the
   lslah Junior Pre-School

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Proof of Relationship: METEOR Staff and OUM community members must provide
   valid staff ID/Student Card ID to an lslah Junior outlets nationwide to verify with the
   child to be enrolled.
2. Enrollment Process: Standard enrollment procedures of the preschool will apply. The
   discount will be applied upon success enrollment and verification of the staff
   member’s employment status and OUM community member’s status.
3. Changes to Employment and membership: If the staff and OUM community member’s employment status change, the discount may be subject to review and potential termination.
4. Preschool Terms and Condition: The general terms and conditions of the lslah Junior Pre-school, including but no limited to payment terms, withdrawal policies, and
   disciplinary actions, will continue apply.
5. Reservation of Rights: ISLAH Education Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify,
   amend, or terminate this pro o 10n at any time without prior notice.
